We stand behind the quality of our premium dog products just like you stand by your furry friend. Most unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food products (Dry Food, Raw Food, Freeze-Dried Food, Air-Dried Food)
- Used dental or edible treats (Dental Treats, Jerky Treats, Soft & Chewy Treats)
- Opened hygiene products (Cleaning & Potty supplies, Flea & Tick treatments)

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once your return is approved:
- Repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- For exchanges, clearly note which product you’d like instead

- For refunds: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
